1. Refund Policy
At Q1 Solutions LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment upon the return of unopened products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be sealed in its original packaging. Customers must contact our Customer Support team to initiate the refund process. As part of the return request, we will require images of the product packaging, including the box and bottle seal, to verify product condition before approving the refund.
After we receive the returned product and evaluate its condition, we will proceed with the refund minus a 30% restocking fee. If the product is damaged during the return shipment, an additional fee may be deducted to cover the damage.
2. Limitations
To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following limitations apply:
● Refunds are only available for purchases made directly on our official website.
● Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eCommerce sites) must adhere to the return policy of those platforms.
● Customers are limited to one return per twelve-month period.
● The maximum refund amount per order is $150.
3. Shipping & Returns
● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; refunds apply to product costs only.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ship products back to Q1 Solutions LLC once the return request is approved.
● We recommend using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx to ensure successful delivery.
