1. Shipping Destinations

Q1 Solutions LLC currently ships to destinations located within the Continental United States through standard USPS and UPS Ground services. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are available only via 2nd Day Air shipping.

2. Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Below are estimated shipping timelines:

●     Orders within the Continental United States typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other shipping factors beyond our control.

●     We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

●     Delivery times depend on your location, chosen shipping method, and other external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the order total and the shipping destination:

●     Orders within the Continental United States & Puerto Rico of $40 or more qualify for free shipping.

●     Orders within the Continental United States & Puerto Rico under $40 will incur a shipping charge, which will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

●     Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged based on the selected delivery method. Full shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the respective carrier’s website.
